While visiting family in Boston as a teenager, I received my first facial and instantly fell in love with esthetics. Though I had planned to attend school for my new found love of skin care and makeup, life had a different path for me at that time and I ended up became a paralegal working in the medical malpractice field. With skin care never leaving my mind, after nearly a decade of assisting attorneys, I decided to follow my passion and return to my love of skin. I enrolled at the Lancaster School of Cosmetology, graduating in 2017, and took a leap of faith by leaving my legal career behind me and starting fresh as a PA licensed esthetician at a spa in Camp Hill, PA. I haven’t looked back since!
As a client at Allyson-Brittany Aesthetics, I was approached by my esthetician, Alexa, who informed me that Allyson-Brittany was hiring. I jumped at the chance to work for such a well-known spa! Not only is ABA a notable spa because of the amount of care, compassion, and professionalism they carry, they also use the DMK product line, which sets them apart from any other spa in our area. Combining Allyson-Brittany Aesthetics and DMK products means I am going to be able to fulfill my dream of truly helping people to look and feel their best! Life is hard enough as it is; why not have good skin?!
I truly love to help transform aging skin. While it’s inevitable that we all will experience changes in our skin as we age, being able to slow down the process and provide long lasting results is important to our mental health. Looking good helps to make you feel good! Aside from the physical aspect of performing facials, I love getting to know people. I’m fascinated by peoples’ past, how they got to where they are, and what path they are currently on.
